LSHS Fall Play: Tom Jones
Lampeter-Strasburg High School presents Tom Jones from November 6-8 at the LSHS Performing Arts Center. Showtimes at 7 p.m. each night.

Synopsis
Set in 18th-century England, Tom Jones follows the romantic misadventures of a charming, good-hearted foundling raised by the kind Squire Allworthy. Although Tom longs for the beautiful and virtuous Sophia Western, his impulsive nature and tangled web of admirers—and enemies—lead him through a hilarious gauntlet of mistaken identities, scandals, swordfights, and family feuds.
This fast-paced farce, filled with over-the-top characters and laugh-out-loud moments, is a spirited adaptation of Henry Fielding’s classic novel. Will true love conquer all… or will society’s expectations get in the way?
It's a delightful romp through corsets, confusion, and comedy.
