Preschool Morning Out - Saturday morning activities for preschool and kindergarten-age children residing in the district. Activities will be promoted here, on social media, and within the community. All sessions run from 10-11:30 a.m. at the L-S Early Childhood Center.

Plant the Seed of Learning - Supports babies and toddlers with learning and development resources. 

Preschool Morning Out - Preschool Morning Out - Saturday morning activities for preschool and kindergarten-age children residing in the district. Activities will be promoted here, on social media, and within the community. All sessions run from 10-11:30 a.m. at the L-S Early Childhood Center.

Grow the Seed of Learning - Support for preschoolers through at-home and face-to-face learning and development resources. 

Pre-K Play2Learn - Children who will be eligible for kindergarten in the 2026–2027 school year are invited to join us for a special four-session program designed to build excitement and confidence for the transition to school! Each one-hour session (4:00–5:00 pm) will focus on a different academic skill through engaging learning stations, a hands-on craft, and story time. Caregivers and children will participate together, gaining strategies and experiences to support a smooth and successful start to kindergarten. Sessions will be held at the Early Childhood Center on October 8, November 12, January 12, and February 11. Registration is required.

For 2026-2027 Kindergartners

  • Kindergarten Expo - March 18 from 5-7 p.m.
  • Kindergarten Transition Nights - April 29 & 30 at 6 p.m.
  • Kindergarten Assessments for Registered Students  - June 8-11
  • Kickoff to Kindergarten for Registered Students - June 15-18
