Get Fit at the L-S Fitness Center
L-S employees are granted the privilege of using the High School's fitness center if they have signed the waiver and release agreement and watched in the required training video below.Waiver and Release Form
Please read and sign the online waiver and release form after watching the training video. Since the waiver and release form are submitted electronically, a Frontline Central account is required. If you do not have a Frontline Central log-in, please contact Tammy Graybill, the HR Secretary at extension 1021 for assistance.Fitness Center Rules
- Only approved Lampeter-Strasburg employees may have access to the fitness center and equipment. No guests will be permitted to use the fitness center or its equipment.
- Employee use of the fitness center and equipment is at the employee’s voluntary assumption of the risk of injury. Each employee shall watch the training video and submit an executed waiver and release.
- Employees who do not pick up after themselves, who are uncooperative, who do not follow policy, and/or who practice unsafe lifting, will lose their fitness center privileges. Employees are not permitted to use the fitness center and equipment alone and shall not use the locker rooms.
- Access to the fitness center will be terminated at the conclusion of each school year. Employees will be required to elect access every year by completing a new waiver form.

The Penn Medicine HealthWorks primary care near-site clinic is open at Willow Lakes. The clinic can be reached at 717-544-7500. The clinic is one of six HealthWorks locations available in Lancaster County.
Penn Medicine HealthWorks provides convenient employer-sponsored primary care practices to improve the health and wellness of LSSD faculty, staff, and dependents.
If you are not already enrolled as a Penn Medicine HealthWorks member, but are interested, please contact Kristal Wissler to enroll. Everyone who is on the LSSD Benefit Plan is eligible for membership.

Wellness Incentive Program
Employees and spouses enrolled in the Lampeter-Strasburg School District (L-S Schools) health plan may participate in wellness activities to earn an incentive. For every 100 points earned participants are eligible for one premium contribution holiday. Employees and their spouses can earn up to two (2) premium contribution holidays.
