Kindergarten Registration

Children residing within the Lampeter-Strasburg School District who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2025, are eligible to enter kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

The L-S registration process consists of two steps - the completion of a preliminary registration form and the completion of a full registration packet. 

The preliminary registration form consists of a few demographic questions that our student accounting department will use to determine your child's eligibility for enrollment. The approval process may take one or two business days. Please keep an eye out for an email from donotreply@l-spioneers.org with the details needed to complete the full registration, and check your spam folder if this email does not arrive within a few days. 

The full registration packet is more in-depth and requires the following documentation:

• birth certificate or legal document showing age and gender
• immunization record from a physician
• proof of residency within Lampeter-Strasburg School District 
• completed physical and dental forms (these are required to start school but not needed to complete registration)

It's possible to save an incomplete registration and return to it later, but the child will only be considered registered once everything is in place. Parents wishing to register for School Age Child Care should be especially diligent about completing their registrations as soon as possible.
