Right to Know
Requests: Right-to-Know requests should be submitted on the standard Right-to-Know request form and mailed, emailed or faxed to the Right-to-Know officer, Dr. Kevin S. Peart, Superintendent.
Right to Know requests will only be fulfilled if submitted by a person that is a legal resident of the United States. Anonymous requests will not be fulfilled.
Appeals: Individuals may challenge denials of request by filing an appeal within 15 business days of receipt of a determination from the school district. A written appeal must be mailed or delivered to the attention of the Executive Director, Office of Open Records, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North St., Fourth Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
