High School Names December Students of the Month

Congratulations to Pioneer Superlatives Breigh Bauer and Dylan Knisely and to Students of the Month Clara Wilson and Maddux Harsh

Lampeter-Strasburg High School teachers recognized one student from each grade for their achievements in December 2022. 

Pioneer Superlatives

Breigh Bauer - Breigh is a senior and the daughter of Brian and Trudy Bauer of Lancaster. She is a member of the LSHS National Honor Society, distinguished honor roll, Ski and Snowboard Club, and the field hockey team. Outside of school, Breigh lends her talents to field hockey camps for younger girls and works at the Neptune Diner as a hostess. She is also a lifeguard at Willow Valley and the Strasburg Pool. Breigh enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, skiing, and working. She plans to attend West Chester University to study nursing. 

Dylan Knisely - Dylan is a junior and the son of Heidi and Greg Knisely of Strasburg. He is a member of the LSHS tech crew. Outside of school, Dylan enjoys riding three-wheelers and four-wheelers, welding, and working with motors. He plans to pursue a career as a mechanic or a welder after graduation. 

Students of the Month

Clara Wilson - Clara is a sophomore and the daughter of Greg and Jessica Wilson of Willow Street. She is a member of the LSHS softball team. Clara enjoys spending her free time playing softball, crafting, baking, babysitting, shopping, and hanging out with friends. She has recently applied for the Introduction of Culinary program at the Lancaster Career and Technology Center and is interested in spending her junior and senior years there. After high school, Clara plans to explore options in the restaurant industry, such as chef, baker, and business owner. 

Maddux Harsh - Maddux is a  freshman and the son of Scott and Sarah Harsh of Lampeter. He is a member of the FCA and the golf, bowling, and baseball teams. When not at school, Maddux attends a youth group and enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, baseball, bowling, and spending time with his dog. His plans include a career as a conservation officer.
