High School Names April Students of the Month
Seniors Anne Visniski and Mitchell Livengood are the April Pioneer Superlatives while sophomore Sarah Schroeder and freshman Reese Maisano are the April Students of the Month.

Two seniors, a sophomore, and a freshman were recognized for their achievements during April 2022.
Anne Visniski - Anne is the daughter of Robyn and Robert Visniski of Lancaster. She is a member of the LSHS National Honor Society and the varsity girls basketball and lacrosse teams. Anne is a regular on the distinguished honor roll and she was one of three Commended Students in this year’s National Merit Scholarship competition. She attends youth group at St. Mary’s and enjoys sports, reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Anne plans to attend Florida State University to study actuarial science to become an actuary.
Mitchell Livengood - Mitchell is the son of Matthew and Christie Livengood of Willow Street. He is a member of the LSHS National Honor Society and the varsity track and field team, where he competes in pole vault. Mitchell was a Burrowes Scholar in eleventh grade and earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts. He enjoys climbing, hiking, and understanding how things work. Mitchell plans to attend Duquesne University to study biomedical engineering.
Students of the Month
Sarah Schroeder - Sarah is the daughter of Laura Schroeder of Lancaster and Jeremy & Kristie Schroeder of Willow Street. She is a member of the LSHS Art Club and the honor roll. Sarah enjoys cooking, baking, and art and plans to pursue a career as a baker.
Reese Maisano - Reese is the son of Mark and Wanda Maisano of Lancaster. He was the winner of a recent art award. Reese enjoys art, music, airsoft, work, vacation, exercise, and fitness. He plans to pursue a career in health care and/or in real estate and investing.
The Students of the Month were publicly recognized at the May 2 meeting of the L-S Board of School Directors. Board member Suzanne Knowles presented the certificates.
