Sports Physical Signups Are Now Open

Reserve your spot for a 2025-2026 sports physical today!

What: $20 sports physicals. A sports physical dated after May 1st is required for all student-athletes looking to participate in a school sport for the 25-26 school year.

When: Wednesday, May 21st, 15-minute appointments from 3:45-6:15 p.m. (last appointments are at 6 p.m.)

Where: the L-S High School Gym

Who: all student-athletes entering grades 7-12 are eligible

REGISTER NOW Spots fill up very quickly! But don’t worry if you miss out here, there will be more local opportunities over the summer to get your athlete’s sports physical exam squared away before the 25-26 sports season starts.
