Homecoming Week Activities

  • High School Spirit Days - 'Merica Monday, Tropical Tuesday, Hat Day, Class Color Shirt Day, Pajama Pant Day
  • Powder Puff Football Game - 7pm at Pioneer Stadium. the Homecoming King will be crowned at halftime, tickets $3
  • Varsity Football Game v. Manheim Central - 7pm at Pioneer Stadium. the Homecoming Queen will be crowned at halftime, tickets $5
  • 'Fiesta de Hoco' Dance - 7pm in the High School Cafeteria

Homecoming Queen Candidates

Elizabeth Adams

Elizabeth lives in Willow Street and is the daughter of Cameron Adams and Leslie DeVault. She is a member of the Pioneer Interact Club, Varsity Club, Model United Nations, and the varsity girls soccer team. Outside of school, Elizabeth works at UPS and enjoys running and playing soccer. She plans to attend Seton Hill University to study law and play on the women’s soccer team.

Lauren Breneman

Lauren lives in Willow Street and is the daughter of Shawn and Amy Breneman. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Varsity Club, Pioneer Interact Club, High School Heroes, and the varsity girls soccer and girls lacrosse teams. Outside of school, Lauren attends youth group, plays for Rage United Soccer Club, and enjoys spending time with friends. She plans to go to college to further her education and study nursing.

Izzy Brown

Izzy lives in Willow Street and is the daughter of Shawn and Kelly Brown. She is a vice president of the Pioneer Interact Club and a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Mini-THON, Musical/Thespian Society, High School Heroes, and the varsity girls tennis team. Outside of school, Izzy is on the competition team for Les Etoiles Dance Company and serves as a youth group leader and choir accompanist at her church. She plans to attend Brigham Young University to study early childhood education or athletic training.

Jessica Heisey

Jessica lives in Willow Street and is the daughter of Rick and Mary Heisey. She is a member of the Pioneer Interact Club, Varsity Club, Tri-M Music Honor Society, L-S Thespian Society, Madrigals, Scrub Club, chorus, and the varsity field hockey and track and field teams. Jessica received the Burrowes Scholar Award for Vocal Music in her class. Outside of school, she is part of the LGH student volunteer program, performs in her church choir, and sings cabaret. She plans to attend a four-year college to study musical theater.

Lillian Hoke

Lillian lives in Lancaster and is the daughter of Tammi Hoke. She is a vice president of the Pioneer Interact Club and a member of the National Honor Society, High School Heroes, and the varsity volleyball and track and field teams. Lillian also plays on a club volleyball team outside of school. She plans to attend the PA College of Health Sciences to study diagnostic medical sonography.

Nora Holmes

Nora lives in Lancaster and is the daughter of Tim and Kathleen Holmes. She is the senior class president and a member of National Honor Society, student council, High School Heroes, Pioneer Interact Club, and the varsity basketball and tennis teams. Outside of school, Nora enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She plans to attend a four-year college to major in international studies.

Emma Houck

Emma lives in Lancaster and is the daughter of Jeff and Kathy Houck. She is the vice president of Varsity Club and the captain of the varsity girls soccer team as well as a member of the Pioneer Interact Club, High School Heroes, and the varsity track and field team. Outside of school, Emma works as a hostess at Texas Roadhouse, plays club soccer, and enjoys watching reality TV shows. She plans to attend Seton Hill University to study behavioral science and play on the women’s soccer team.

Anne Leaman

Anne lives in Willow Street and is the daughter of Chris and Alison Leaman. She is the co-president of National Honor Society, the president of Tri-M Music Honor Society, orchestra president, and a member of the L-S Thespian Society, Fellowship of Christian Students, High School Heroes, marching band, concert band, concert choir, and pit orchestra. Outside of school, Anne participates in church youth group and performs with the Allegretto Youth Orchestra and the Prince Street Quartet. She plans to attend college to pursue biomedical engineering.

Homecoming King Candidates

Michael Del Grande

Michael lives in Lampeter and is the son of Heather Del Grande Phenegar and Steve Phenegar. He is a member of the varsity football, boys basketball, and boys lacrosse teams. Outside of school, Michael enjoys fishing, playing video games, and spending time with friends. He plans to attend college and go into real estate.

Christian Garver

Christian lives in Lancaster and is the son of Tyler and Sheri Garver. He is the captain of the varsity football team and a member of the High School Heroes. Outside of school, Christian enjoys playing football and lacrosse. He plans to work for the family business after graduation.

Jake Hines

Jake lives in Lancaster and is the son of Brian and Lori Hines. He is a member of the varsity football, boys lacrosse, and track and field teams. Outside of school, Jake works as a supervisor at Dutch Wonderland and enjoys fishing. He plans to attend college and pursue a career in criminal justice.

Jack Ingram

Jack lives in Strasburg and is the son of Greg and Kim Ingram. He is a Student Section leader and a member of the Pioneer Interact Club, Ski & Snowboard Club, and the varsity boys lacrosse team. Outside of school, Jack plays for Rock Lacrosse and runs a dog/house sitting service. He plans to attend college to study sports management and marketing.

Jacob Kopelman

Jacob lives in Lancaster and is the son of Matt and Kelly Kopelman. He is a member of the Ski & Snowboard Club and the varsity football and track and field teams. Outside of school, Jacob enjoys chess and long walks on the beach. He plans to attend college to study criminal justice and become a police officer.

Tim Martin

Tim lives in Strasburg and is the son of Chris and Ilaina Martin. He is a member of the Ski & Snowboard Club and the varsity football and track and field teams. Outside of school, Tim enjoys rock climbing, fishing, skateboarding, and spending time with friends. He plans to attend college to study business and to travel the world.

Caleb Smoker

Caleb lives in Willow Street and is the son of Jarelle and Aimee Smoker. He is a member of the Ski & Snowboard Club, the honor roll, and the varsity boys basketball team. Outside of school, Caleb enjoys fishing, watching Netflix, and spending time with friends. He plans to attend college to study sports management and marketing.

Andy Shutty

Andy lives in Strasburg and is the son of Lisa Shutty. He is a member of the Model United Nations and the varsity boys lacrosse team. Andy plans to attend college to study criminology.
