Sports Physicals

Student-athletes entering grades 7-12 will need a Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (CIPPE) form handed into the athletic trainers prior to in-season practices, scrimmages, and gameplay. The CIPPE may not be authorized earlier than May 1, 2024, and shall be effective - regardless of when performed - until the conclusion of the 2025 spring sports season.

School-Sponsored Sports Physicals

We will be hosting sports physicals here at school on Monday June 10^th from 3:00-6:00 pm at Hans Herr Elementary School. Please enter through the lower doors by the gymnasium.

The cost of the physical will be $20/student paid by cash or check at the door. All paperwork must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to being allowed in to see the doctor. You MUST sign up for a physical spot. We will not be able to open up more physical spots once the sign-ups are full.

Alternate Sports Physical Options

We encourage you to see your family physician or a local urgent care office for a sports physical for the current school year.

Physicals completed before May 1, 2024, will not be accepted for the upcoming school year (PIAA rule). Please mail or submit physical forms to the HS main office. Summer office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Do not submit paperwork to coaches.

Football - July 29, 2024
All Other Sports - August 5, 2024
Winter Sports - November 11, 2024
Spring Sports  - February 24, 2025
