2014 Burrowes Scholars Recognized

May 1, 2014

Burrowes 201

This year's Burrowes Scholars ceremony took place at Martin Meylin Middle School on Thursday, May 1, 2014. The evening's presiding students were Marah Brubaker and Ethan Emmert, both of whom are three-time scholars. Opening remarks were delivered by Dr. Peart and guests were treated to entertainment by the high school's Madrigal Singers. Each principal announced the awards for his students while Board members Mrs. Melissa Herr, Mr. Jeff Mills, and Dr. Doreen Packer served as presenters. The fifth grade awards are based on solely on grades while the eighth and eleventh grade awards are divided into subject categories.

We applaud these students for their efforts and acheivement. Congratulations to the 2014 Burrowes Scholars and their families!
