Athletic Training

Athletic trainers are highly educated and skilled healthcare professionals specializing in the prevention, examination, treatment and rehabilitation of acute or chronic injuries. In cooperation with a team physician and other allied health personnel, the athletic trainer functions as an integral member of the athletic healthcare team in secondary schools, colleges, sports medicine clinics, professional sports programs, industrial settings and even Broadway! Our primary focus is the needs and safety of our student athletes.

Meet the Trainers

Jennifer McCrabb

Jen graduated from Columbia High School, then went on to complete her degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine at East Stroudsburg University. She participated in field hockey, basketball, and softball in high school, then continued playing basketball for the E.S.U. Warriors.

“My love for sports and helping people, went hand in hand with athletic training," says Jen. "It’s the best of both worlds. I take pride in being able to get an athlete back into action as quick and safe as possible. Some of my most memorable moments are watching our athletes achieve personal and team goals!”

You can usually find Jen rolling in the mud while participating in obstacle course runs, hiking, or at the gym. Her most satisfying past time is watching her sister Amy participate in Special Olympics. Jen resides in Pequea with her husband Jeff and their cats, Aladdin and Izzabella.
