The Lampeter-Strasburg School District is a reflection of the community that it is privileged to serve. This community is composed of three municipalities-Strasburg Borough, Strasburg Township, and West Lampeter Township-each steeped in tradition but dedicated to the improving of services provided to its residents. The members of our community expect their schools to provide children with a strong academic education. 

As stated in the district mission statement, we are "committed to providing, in an accountable partnership with parents and the community, opportunities for each learner to acquire the knowledge, skills, and values to become a responsible, productive citizen." Specific core values that our community expects to be communicated include responsibility, honesty, respect, and integrity. This is our charge, our focus, our purpose for existing.
